We believe that life is better connected. Small group offers the most optimum opportunity for people to develop healthy relationships and grow spiritually. For many people, the expense of childcare can be a hinderance to joining and participating in a small group. In response to this, GCC reimburses its group members at a predetermined rate for their childcare expenses.

1. Childcare reimbursements are available for small group meetings only. (This does not include social events or outreach.)

2. Please complete one form per weekly small group meeting.

3. We ask that reimbursement forms be submitted within thirty days following the group meeting.

4. Parents are reimbursed according to to the established rate found in the table below.

5. Checks are issued and mailed on the 15th and 30th of each month. Electronic reimbursement will be available within 5 business days of approved requests.
